A small practice, working slowly, on a few houses at a time.

We are an architecture and interior design studio working across Punjab, Himachal and Shimla. Most of what we do is houses — new build, renovation, and the long interior fit-outs that follow.

Every project is drawn by the people who visit the site — with the vastu settled on those drawings rather than corrected on site afterwards. There is no separate design team and no handover: the person who takes your first call is the person marking up the drawings a year later.
